Answers to the most common questions about buying on Safqatna.
How does buying on Safqatna work?
Find something you like, place your order at checkout, and we do the rest: a Safqatna driver collects the item from the seller, inspects it, and delivers it to your address. Safqatna is not processing payments yet, so nothing is charged at checkout today. Once payments are live, your money will be held by Safqatna — not the seller — until you have your item.
What does “inspected” mean?
Before an item ships, the driver checks it at the seller’s door against the listing — photos, condition, and details. If it doesn’t match, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically, in full. The item never even leaves the seller’s house.
How does delivery work, and what does it cost?
Delivery is charged per pickup, based on the largest item's size — from BD 1.500 for small items up to BD 12.000 for extra-large. Items collected from the same seller at the same address travel together: you pay that pickup's rate plus BD 0.500 for each extra item on it. Buying from several sellers means several pickups, so each one is charged. The exact fee is always shown on the listing and at checkout before you pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — any time before the driver sets off to collect the item, straight from the order page. After that you can't cancel it yourself, but you aren't stuck: if the driver finds the item isn't as described, or the seller isn't there, the pickup stops and you're refunded in full automatically. Safqatna can also refund an order right up until it completes, so contact us if something is wrong.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Raise a dispute from the order page during the post-delivery protection window. Our team reviews the evidence — including the driver's inspection — and either refunds you or releases the payment.
How do reviews work?
Once your order completes you can rate the seller publicly, and rate your Safqatna experience privately. Reviews are tied to real completed orders, so a seller's rating reflects genuine sales.
